Online Account access may be granted to certain Clients and Customers through a portal or website depending on the types of Services we agree to provide. |
Agreement |
(plural Agreements) |
Agreement is often used in our Policies to refer to the document (including digital documents) that formalises the arrangement between two parties. For example, our Privacy Policy may contain the phrase “this Agreement” when referring to itself. |
Client |
(plural Clients) |
In a non-technical context, Client usually refers to a Person or Organisation. In technical context, Client usually refers to a technical recipient of information from our Services. We typically refer to Persons and Organisations who engage our professional services as Clients, whereas we typically refer to Persons or Organisations who subscribe to our technical services as Customers. |
