This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, obtain, use, retain, share, transfer, and process your Personal Data, as well as your options and rights regarding your Personal Data. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, "Personal Data" refers to any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual. If you do not agree with our Privacy Policy, please refrain from using our Services.

Our Customers may collect and manage Personal Data while using our Services. As a processor, we process Personal Data on behalf of our Customers, who are responsible for complying with any applicable regulations or laws that require notice, disclosure, or consent before processing Personal Data using our Services. Please refer to the sections "Data We Process on Behalf of Customers" and "Data We Collect from Our Services" as well as our Data Processing Agreement (DPA) for more information. If you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

When you engage with our websites or any other sites or services that link to this Privacy Policy or use any of our Services, we may collect Personal Data and other information from you, as detailed further below:

When You Visit Our Websites

We gather Personal Data from you when you submit web forms or interact with our website. For instance, we may request your email address, name, job title, and other relevant business information when you register for one of our Services, or request support. You can explore our website without providing any Personal Data about yourself.

When you register for an event we manage, we collect information such as name, address, phone number, and email address. We use this information to communicate with you and, in some cases, facilitate your registration. Additionally, we may share your registration data with service providers to provide event information and enhance your experience at an event or future events we operate.

We collect Personal Data when you sign up for an Account, create or modify User information, set preferences, or provide any other related information to access or utilize our Services.

Payment Information

We collect payment and billing information when you register a Subscription. For example, we may ask you to provide a billing address and a billing contact for your Account. If you provide us with payment information, we use it solely as authorized by you under this Privacy Policy. You may also provide payment information, such as credit card numbers or bank account numbers when purchasing our Services. We utilize secure third-party payment service providers to manage payment processing, which is collected through a secure payment process.

Customer Testimonials

We showcase customer testimonials and comments on our websites, which may include Personal Data. We obtain each Customer's consent via email or through other agreements before posting the Customer's name and testimonial.

b. Information We Process on Behalf of Customers

Our Services facilitate customers' creation and sharing of information. c. Information We Collect From Use of Our Services

Usage Data

We collect usage data when you and your Account's Users engage with our Services.
